Professional summary

Results-driven Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale ecommerce, cloud and enterprise technology programs at Walmart, Scotiabank, GSK and Tech Mahindra.

I currently lead Walmart programs across eComm, Fulfillment, Omni, Financial Services and Marketplace, with a portfolio worth $500M+ across 15+ teams in the US, Canada and Mexico, with 100% on-time delivery of OKR-aligned features. I also drive E2E readiness, quality and AI automation across Web, iOS and Android.

Earlier, I delivered regulatory compliance, employee data privacy (DPRA/DPIA, GDPR), HR, finance and Azure/GCP migration programs. I'm known for executive stakeholder management, dependency and risk management, release governance, and AI-enabled program operations that cut reporting effort by 80%.

Commerce platform programs across three countries

Role: Technical Program Manager, owning end-to-end execution

Problem

Many concurrent revenue initiatives, each depending on 15+ engineering, product and operations teams in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Approach

Defined critical paths and milestones, sequenced integration, E2E, UAT and phased rollouts under release governance, and re-baselined or held feature-flagged releases when health dashboards showed slip.

Outcome

15+ OKR-aligned features delivered 100% on time, 60% of them needing coordination across 15+ teams, including Drone Delivery, an ultrafast fulfillment path for eligible small baskets.

Drone Delivery

Context

Autonomous aerial delivery for small, eligible baskets in eligible zones, built for speed and lower last-mile cost on time-sensitive orders.

Problem

More than a carrier integration: every order has to pass several eligibility checks across many teams before it can fly, and then be operated differently from a road delivery.

Approach

Coordinated the cross-surface program spanning item discovery, cart, delivery promise and slot booking, address eligibility, provider integration and order execution.

Unified E2E, accessibility and data-setup intake

Problem

Test requests across Web, iOS and Android came in through scattered channels, with unclear ownership and late data blockers.

Approach

Designed one quarterly intake with defined stages, stack-ranking and capacity review, plus readiness gates for go/no-go decisions and an automated data-setup workflow.

Outcome

Commitments based on capacity, earlier risk detection and fewer test-data delays.

Agentic AI for status, risk and reporting

Problem

TPMs spent hours every cycle assembling status, risk and dashboard updates by hand.

Approach

Applied agentic AI and MCP integrations with Jira and Confluence to automate intake analysis, risk flagging, status reporting and executive updates.

Outcome

One TPM now covers work that used to take three. Read how I built it →

Scotiabank · Regulatory

FATCA/CRS Regulatory Compliance Program

Context

FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) are international tax regulations that require financial institutions like Scotiabank to identify non-resident clients with potential tax liabilities in foreign jurisdictions.

Problem

Scotiabank had to identify and report these clients accurately, on fixed regulatory deadlines with no room to slip.

Approach

Ran SIT and UAT, regulatory validation and business sign-off as gated milestones with clear owners.

Outcome

Every regulatory reporting deadline met.

Employee data privacy assessment & remediation

Problem

HR systems processing employee personal data needed formal privacy risk review under GDPR.

Approach

Worked with the Information Security Group on DPRA and DPIA for the Career Portal, HRMS and payroll, then drove remediation with HR, Legal, Compliance and IT.

Outcome

Findings tracked in a risk register through to verified closure.

Workforce management rollout

Problem

Time tracking, attendance and payroll data were inconsistent across global sites.

Approach

Implemented time tracking, biometric attendance and payroll sync as part of a $5M+ HR, finance and infrastructure portfolio.

Outcome

Accurate workforce data across every site, with far less manual effort.

Career Portal revamp

Problem

Recruiters posted jobs by hand, and hiring was slow.

Approach

Led an Agile rebuild that integrated Ceipal ATS through REST APIs, on a GDPR-compliant platform.

Outcome

Less posting effort, faster hiring and 200+ hours saved every month.

AI-built dashboards

I built these dashboards with agentic AI and MCP connections to Jira and Confluence. They pull milestone adherence, P1 aging, dependency closure and sprint health automatically, and flag risks before the status meeting. Together they form a five-dashboard operating model that cut manual reporting by 80%. How I built them →
